Playbook License Terms

JCA Global playbooks are licensed, not sold. These terms describe who may use each edition.

Individual Editions (Founder Edition, Practitioner Edition)

For use by one named individual.
May be shared with that individual's own professional advisors (attorney, accountant) for the purpose of advising them.
One-time purchase. Includes the edition purchased.

For use within one organization (one legal entity) by up to 10 named users, plus the organization's professional advisors acting on its behalf.
Includes 12 months of updates: revised editions and update briefs issued during that period.
After 12 months, the license to use the materials already received continues. Optional annual renewal provides continued updates.
Not for redistribution to clinical partners, clients, affiliates, franchisees, students, or other organizations.

Required for more than 10 users, multiple legal entities or locations under different ownership, distribution to partner networks, or use in courses, training programs, or classrooms.

The materials may not be resold, published, uploaded to shared or public sites, or used to create competing products.
The playbooks are business strategy and education, not legal, regulatory, medical, or financial advice.
